Carole Mbessa Elongo is a Cameroonian executive, entrepreneur, and mother of two, whose leadership journey reflects resilience, strategic vision, and a deep commitment to Africa’s economic transformation.

Who is Carole MBESSA ELONGO ?

Second-born in a family of seven, she spent nearly two decades in Nantes, France, where she built a solid academic and professional foundation. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Administration Management, with a specialization in Entrepreneurship and Activity Management from the University of Nantes, where she refined the managerial and entrepreneurial principles that continue to guide her leadership today.

With over twenty years of cross-functional experience spanning management, business development, marketing, and strategic communication, Carole has established herself as a results-driven leader operating at the intersection of private sector performance and public-sector transformation.

Upon her return to Cameroon in 2014, she actively contributed to the implementation of several national structuring projects. In 2015, she co-founded ME Multimedia Solutions S.A., which she leads as Chairman and CEO, specializing in high value-added digital solutions.

She is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Business Facilities Corporation (BFC) Group, a multi-sector platform deployed across strategic industries including weighing solutions, logistics infrastructure, energy, mining, and events engineering — positioning the Group as a key private-sector partner in infrastructure modernization and trade facilitation in Central Africa.

Recognized for her rigor, execution discipline, and strategic mindset, she was appointed in March 2019 as Registrar at the Prime Ministry of Cameroon for the organization of Cameroon Business — a mandate she continues to uphold.

In 2020, she was further appointed to the Board of Directors of the National Advanced School of Engineering of Yaoundé, where she stands as the only woman among nineteen board members — a testament to her credibility and leadership influence.
